Make a Jelly Roll Race quilt.  For beginners.  This is a continuing class with 3-4 sessions until you are finished.  Bring a sewing machine and a Jelly Roll (or purchase one from Brenda for $35).  By second class you will need to purchase batting and backing fabric.
